Arvind Babawala is a qualified diploma holder in civil engineering.

He has had the distinction of overseeing the administration of over 17,000 employees in the Surat Municipal Corporation, Surat, India to which he was a consultant.

He was also an advisory committee member for the Surat District Telecom, Gujarat, India. His advice had to be implemented across the board which included 8,000 full time employees.

He was a director in Nanavat Urban Credit Cooperative Society (A quasi-bank), Surat, Gujarat, India. He was also a member of the Divisional Railway user’s Consultative Committee of Western Railway based out of Mumbai. The western railway had more than 23,000 employees.

He also has experience in architecture and chemical trading. He was a distributor for BSNL (A flagship company of the Indian Government in the telecom sector).
